• HubSpot - When you connect your HubSpot account, we sync deals, contacts, companies, and activities from your HubSpot account to provide coaching insights. All HubSpot data access is read-only.
• Salesforce - When you connect your Salesforce account, we sync opportunities, contacts, accounts, and activities from your Salesforce org to provide coaching insights. Data access is governed by the OAuth credentials of the person who connects. Privacy Policy

• Anthropic - AI-powered coaching insights and meeting prep. Anthropic may retain API data for up to 30 days for trust and safety monitoring, after which it is deleted. Data is not used for model training. (Privacy Policy)
• OpenAI - We use OpenAI's embedding API to power semantic search across coaching notes and content. OpenAI processes text content to generate mathematical representations (embeddings) used for search. OpenAI retains API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deletes it. • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - All application data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the United States (us-central1 region). GCP provides storage-level encryption, network security, and physical security for our infrastructure. (Privacy Policy)
• Sentry - Error monitoring and performance tracking (Privacy Policy)
• Resend - Transactional email delivery (Privacy Policy)
• PostHog - Product analytics. PostHog also receives anonymized AI usage metadata (model used, response time, token counts) to help us monitor and improve our AI features. (Privacy Policy)

• Apollo.io - We use Apollo.io on our marketing website to understand visitor engagement. Apollo.io tracking is only activated after you consent to analytics cookies. (Privacy Policy)
