SMVue + Pipedrive

Turn your Pipedrive pipeline into a manager’s coaching system.

SMVue connects to Pipedrive in minutes, reads your deals, people, and activity, and gives sales managers one place to prep 1:1s, triage the pipeline, and coach reps. Pipedrive stays your system of record. SMVue becomes where the team is run. From $150/month for one manager seat, with free scoped rep seats and read-only executive seats.

How it works

From CRM connection to coaching, in four steps.

01

Connect Pipedrive in minutes

A Pipedrive admin authorizes SMVue from Settings, Integrations. SMVue requests view access to your CRM data and never edits or deletes a record, so your system of record stays exactly as it is.

02

Your pipeline maps itself

Deals, pipelines and stages, people, organizations, activities, and owners sync automatically. Pipedrive deal owners arrive as SMVue users, and you assign reps to managers once to set up your reporting lines.

03

Managers get a command center

Daily priorities, 1:1 prep, pipeline triage, and coaching history live in one Command Center, built from the Pipedrive data your team already trusts instead of a spreadsheet stitched together by hand.

04

Coaching actually sticks

Action items and coaching notes follow each rep and deal over time, so managers can see whether the last conversation turned into follow-through, not just whether the call happened.

What syncs from Pipedrive

Everything a manager needs. Nothing written back.

SMVue pulls the Pipedrive objects that describe your pipeline and keeps them current. SMVue only ever reads them, so connecting it cannot change a record in your CRM.

Your records are never modified. SMVue requests view access to your deals, contacts, activities, users, mail, and leads, and it never creates, edits, or deletes a deal, person, or organization. The one thing it does manage is its own webhook subscriptions, so updates reach you promptly.
Deals and amounts

Every open and recently closed deal with value, currency, close date, and stage.

Pipelines and stages

Your Pipedrive pipelines and stage definitions, mapped as-is.

People and organizations

The contacts and accounts attached to each deal.

Activities

Logged calls, meetings, and tasks that show real momentum.

Users and owners

Pipedrive deal owners become SMVue users, ready to assign to managers.

Kept current

Webhook subscriptions pick up changes as they happen, backed by scheduled and manual resync.

What managers get

Less stitching dashboards together. More coaching.

Walk into every 1:1 prepared

SMVue assembles each rep's deals, recent activity, and open coaching items into a brief, so prep takes minutes instead of an hour clicking through Pipedrive records.

Triage the deal in front of you

Pipeline reviews surface the deals that need a decision, whether stalled, slipping, or quiet, so the conversation is about what to do next rather than what the numbers are.

Coaching that compounds

Every coaching note, action item, and 1:1 ties back to the rep and the deal, building a record of development a CRM activity log was never meant to hold.

One source of truth, on top of Pipedrive

Managers stop translating dashboards into action. Pipedrive stays the CRM; SMVue becomes the place the team is actually run from.

Why this matters

Coaching moves the number. Most teams just can’t run it consistently.

SMVue exists to make manager coaching a habit rather than a heroic effort. The case for systematizing it is well documented by independent research:

FAQ

Does SMVue replace Pipedrive?

No. Pipedrive stays your CRM and system of record. SMVue sits on top of it and gives sales managers a dedicated workflow for 1:1 prep, pipeline reviews, and coaching. You keep working your deals in Pipedrive.

What does SMVue access in my Pipedrive account?

View access to deals, contacts (people and organizations), activities, users, mail, and leads, plus permission to manage its own webhook subscriptions so updates arrive promptly. SMVue never creates, edits, or deletes your CRM records.

How long does setup take?

A Pipedrive admin connects SMVue in a few minutes. Smaller accounts finish their first sync in a minute or two; larger ones take a little longer, then stay current automatically.

Which Pipedrive plans work with SMVue?

Any paid Pipedrive plan, since all paid plans include API access. Revenue forecast fields depend on the Pipedrive tier that exposes them, so check your plan if you rely on those. The connecting user needs admin access.
