Who's behind SMVue

Kevin Brown
Co-Founder & CEO
Kevin spent over 20 years in sales leadership, from running a 65-person sales organization generating eight figures at a Fortune 500 company to driving $50M+ in annual revenue as a VP of Sales. In every role, he built the same things from scratch: KPI frameworks, coaching programs, performance tracking systems, and RevOps infrastructure. Every time, in spreadsheets or CRMs that were clearly not built for sales leaders.
He built SMVue because he got tired of watching the most important part of sales leadership, actually coaching their people, get buried under manual prep work and scattered tools. Managers shouldn't need three hours of prep to have a great 1:1.
Kevin is a Certified Growth Architect through Winning by Design, MEDDPICC certified, and currently completing his MBA in Business Data Analytics at Texas A&M University.

Mike brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience, from SVP of Global Strategic Accounts at Morningstar, Inc. to Head of SMB at Toptal where he led a 45-member sales organization driving 9-figure annual revenue. He has led global sales transformations across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB.
As the Founder of Bedrock Sales Strategy and a Sales Xceleration advisor since 2020, Mike has served as fractional VP of Sales and CRO for companies across diverse industries, driving up to 50% year-over-year revenue growth. He is a committed advocate for sales managers and knows firsthand the gap between CRM data and the hands-on coaching that actually moves the needle. It's exactly why he joined SMVue.
Mike holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a BSE from Princeton University.
